Every team member must go through a certain number of years of study and apprentice to be qualified for the job. We hold weekly safety & technical training as well as factory training on new parts and equipment for our staff.
Bair Services takes pride in our own apprentice school located in our building where we teach plumbing training one night a week by a state registered trainer. The apprentices also ride along side with the licensed plumbers 5 days a week for 4 years.
